At the heart of this design is an open source 1000W induction heating circuit board (ZVS) that is readily available on Amazon, AliExpress etc. The induction heater board is a self resonant design that simply requires DC power applied. For cartridge case annealing, a new work coil must be wound, all the required materials and build instruction are documented here.

The MGNZ Arduino shield PCB ties all of the electrical components together and handles the control and automation of the induction annealer system.

Building the annealer requires a few basic tools and some creativity on your part to enclose all the electronics.
