Returns & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must have been purchased within the last 90 days.

We only accept returns for items that are faulty or damaged upon arrival. We do not accept returns for a change of mind or if the item is not to your preference. Due to the DIY nature of products offered by MGNZ Makes, damage can occur after the product is received by the buyer. MGNZ Makes will assess any returns to determine the root cause of failure. We do not offer any warranty or refund for failures that arise from: Incorrect user wiring, incorrect product handling, ESD damage from incorrect handling, damaged caused by faulty or incorrect peripheral components such as; power supplies, ZVS induction circuits, switches, displays etc.

The item must be in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the fault or damage

  • Photographs or a video showing the issue with the product

We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with the return address. Please do not send your item back to us before receiving our approval.

 

Return Shipping and Costs

You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return your item. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to determine if it is indeed faulty or damaged as described.

If the inspection confirms the product is faulty or damaged, we will issue a full refund, which includes the original purchase price of the item and the original shipping costs paid. The refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
